mgm Software attaches the highest value to the protection of your personal data. We handle person-related data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations.

This website can be used or saved without providing any personal data. When you are asked to provide person-related data (e.g. via a contact form), you do so on a voluntary basis. They build the cornerstones for individual support and business relations. Though, the shared data that was given to mgm Software, too, will be handled internally and confidentially. They will not be given to third parties without explicit consent.

mgm Software is eager to ensure the highest possible protection for your website. Though, it has to be pointed out, that data transmission generally (at times) may exhibit gaps in the security. Hence, a gapless protection of data from third parties cannot be warranted for.

When contacting us via the contact form, the data you give will be saved for the duration of the processing. In any case, this will be “Title”, “Name” and “E-mail address”, which describe person-related data. This data will not be given to third parties without explicit consent.

(4) Incorporation of services by third parties
mgm Software, on their website, make use of services or contents of third parties. Thus, it involves linking to other webistes (for further information see „Legal“) and especially also Google Maps. Such service providers mostly need the IP address of users, so that they are actually able to offer their services (or provide contents). The choice of providers for such services or contents is made carefully and with care. We try to only incorporate those, whose providers only use the IP addresses only for the delivery of contents. mgm Software has no influence as to which data of third parties is saved and is not responsible for the data protection of these third parties. We suggest to carefully read the respective data protection regulations of the websites or providers.

(5) Changes
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time should this be necessary due to new technologies, legal or in-house changes.Should there be any fundamental changes made to this Privacy Policy, this will be declared on our website.
